Preston North End FC
Preston North End FC has introduced the Recite Me Assistive Toolbar to its Ticketmaster-powered ticketing website, helping more supporters access tickets and important information in a way that works for them.
Our Brief
Preston North End wants every fan to feel confident and able to access the information they need, whether they are buying tickets, planning a visit to Deepdale or engaging with the club online.
The club wanted to make its ticketing website more accessible, making it easier for supporters with different accessibility and language needs to access information and purchase tickets online.
Our Solution
The Recite Me Assistive Toolbar is now available on Preston North End’s ticketing website, allowing supporters to personalise their experience according to their needs.
Visitors can use reading support and text-to-speech tools, adjust fonts, colours and layouts, or translate content into different languages.
Supporters can access accessibility and language tools when using the club’s online ticketing website.
“At Preston North End FC, inclusion is at the heart of how we welcome and support every supporter. We want every fan to feel confident, valued and able to access the information they need, whether they are buying tickets, planning a visit to Deepdale or engaging with the club online.
