Our Brief
Encirc partnered with the Cedar Foundation to review its recruitment and application process.
While the audit received positive feedback, it highlighted the need for an accessibility Toolbar. Encirc wanted to better support people with disabilities, learning difficulties and visual impairments, as well as those who speak English as a second language, when exploring opportunities online.
This also reflects Encirc’s wider commitment to being a great place to work and helping remove barriers employees may face in the workplace.
Our Solution
Encirc chose the Recite Me Assistive Toolbar for its range of accessibility features, ease of integration and the customer support available.
The Toolbar allows users to personalise online content to suit their needs. Recite Me’s understanding of accessibility best practice and compliance requirements also gave Encirc confidence that the solution could improve access to its digital content and the overall user experience.
