Our Brief

With 20% of the population facing online challenges and a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring equal access to job opportunities at Danone was a priority. Not to mention, nearly 50% of candidates actively look for diversity and inclusion when sizing up potential employers, so an ongoing commitment would help to widen the talent pool that Danone can choose from.

Our Solution

Since introducing the Recite Me Assistive Toolbar, Danone has empowered candidates to personalise their online application experience. Users can have content read aloud with the screen reader, adjust the website’s appearance using styling and customisation tools, enhance comprehension with built-in reading aids, and even translate online content into different languages.
