Users can fully customise their digital experience, taking advantage of a screen reader, reading aids, styling and customisation options and a translator with up to 100 languages, 65 of which are text-to-speech.
In the last 12 months, over 3,700 people have used the Recite Me toolbar to read over 21,000 pages of content on the Humberside Fire & Rescue Service website. This includes over 21,000 clicks on the translation tool, being used to change the website into languages such as Polish, German and Bulgarian.
