Our Brief

Diversity is fundamental to the success of Vertus Partners. They understand that recruitment is about people, so in an ever more digital age, they want to bring the personal nature of what we do to the fore. To continue this mission and to make sure Vertus is providing the best service to clients and candidates they needed their website to be accessible to support everyone with each step of the recruitment process.

Our Solution

Recite Me’s accessibility and language toolbar was installed on to the Vertus website to allow clients and candidates to engage and discover services and roles barrier-free. To support the people on the recruitment journey Recite Me assistive technology allows everyone to customise their websites in a way that best works for the individual.

The Recite Me accessibility toolbar supports people with different disabilities, learning difficulties and people who speak English as a second language. The toolbar consists of four main supporting function groups. Text to speech functionality, fully customisable styling features, reading aids and a translation tool with over 100 languages, including 35 text to speech voices.

This accessibility technology creating a level playing field on the Vertus Partners website to give everyone the opportunity to use it, in the way that it is intended.

Client Testimonial

"We really wanted to do more to promote inclusive recruitment and felt by implementing Recite Me would give all of our candidates equal opportunities when searching for jobs. Making our website more accessible is just one approach we’ve taken in our D&I journey and we are always looking for innovative ideas to become more disability confident "
