Our Brief

With an aim to utilise its digital platform to provide resources such as ambulance information and support, neonatal care and pediatric care and guides to deal with emergencies. The Scottish Ambulance Service needed to ensure this crucial information was available to all regardless of abilities or language needs.

“It is vital that we can communicate and promote all our services to everyone in Scotland, including those who have additional communication needs or do not speak English. The Recite Me functionality on our website gives these users the ability to find out about our services and how they can access them.”
