So It was vital that Halifax found a solution to their accessibility barriers to enable everyone access to their online financial resources.
To continue to champion everyone’s individual needs, Halifax’s solution came in the form of Recite Me Accessibility Software.
The Recite Me assistive toolbar has been implemented on Halifax’s banking website so that their customers can modify their webpage to suit their needs.
Customers can now access Halifax’s financial resources with help from tools such as a screen reader, styling and customisation tools, reading aids and a translator with up to 65 text-to-speech voices.
