Visitors to the Noir website can now choose from a selection of assistive tools to customise it in a way that works best for them, regardless of disability, learning difficulty, visual impairment, cognitive or neurological disorder, or language barriers.
Aiming to help end-user clients and partners to engage the best permanent and contract Microsoft candidates, Noir has built up a network of 2 million candidates and developed trusted partnerships with 1,000 clients. With a diverse range of candidates and partners, it was vital that Noir provided accessibility tools online to create an inclusive recruitment process for all.

The assistive technology on the Noir website, allows visitors to customise their digital experience, choosing from a selection of tools. This includes screen reading functionality, multiple reading aids, customisable styling options, and an on-demand live translation feature capable of interpreting over 100 languages, including text-to-speech.
Over 5,000 companies have adopted Recite Me, including the likes of MichaelPage, APSCo, Tesco Careers, and Morson.
