Our Brief

In line with Katrina’s mission to get HR & recruitment professionals who recruit to treat people better, Katrina wanted to make sure The Searchologist website was inclusive to all. To tear down the barriers ruining candidate experience & the recruitment journey Katrina wanted to show that online platforms can be used by everyone to express their true talents regardless of their disabilities.

To enable people to explore the Searchologist website and learn more about Katrina and her work barrier-free, Recite Me assistive technology was installed.

Recite Me assistive technology supports people with disabilities, learning difficulties, visual impairments or people who speak English as a second language to read and understand content in a way that suits their individual needs.

The Recite Me accessibility and language support toolbar offers an unique range of features includes, text to speech functionality, fully customisable styling options, reading aids and a translation tool with over 100 languages, including 35 text to speech voices and many other features.
