Recite Me is thrilled to announce a new partnership with SECUTIX, a global provider of a ticketing engagement platform that assists organisations with ticket sales & enhancing user experience before, during and after the event. 

With 2 expertly crafted platforms available for everyones ticketing needs, SECUTIX  has a variety of industry leaders on their client list including , Ópera National de Paris, Centre Pompidou, Paléo Festival, Musée Picasso Paris and many more as well as managing more than 63 million ticket sales annually. This partnership will enable SECUTIX to provide their clients with the tools and information they need to ensure customers can purchase tickets online barrier-free.

1 in 6 people have a disaility that can make accessing online content challenging, this equates to hundreds of thousands of potential customers. According to the Clickaway Pound survey 71% of online consumers will click away from websites they find difficult to use. Providing language and accessibility tools online will help SECUTIX clients to maximise the number of people who are able to purchase tickets online.

To support customers with disabilities, visual impairments, learning difficulties and for those who speak English as a second language the Recite Me Assitive Toolbar comes equipped with a wealth of features. Users can access an online translator, a screen reader, as well as styling assistance to adjust colours, font type and size.

The first data results from international SECUTIX customers after two months implementation shows an average of 4.67 pages viewed per session, versus 2.8 pages industry average, with most customers using screen reader and translation features.
