Our Brief

Under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018, all public sector websites must comply with WCAG 2.2 AA. For PPL, accessibility is not only a legal requirement but also a core part of their mission to ensure everyone can access vital health and social care information online.

While PPL had already taken steps towards digital accessibility, managing compliance across more than 40 domains presented significant challenges. Their teams needed a scalable, efficient way to identify, prioritise, and resolve issues without over-reliance on specialist resources.
