Our Brief

The importance of online accessibility is greater than ever for travel organizations. Passengers with disabilities spend over 17.3 billion dollars a year on travel. Effective online communication is critical to be able to provide people with the information they need barrier-free. To be able to provide personalized assistance online, Orlando International Airport needed to be able to offer accessibility and language support.

Our Solution

By implementing the Recite Me assistive toolbar across its platform, Orlando International Airport can provide screen reading options, styling, and customization tools, reading aids, and an online translator in over 130 languages, including 65 text-to-speech voices.

In 2023, the toolbar was launched over 14,171 times to make 39,787 pages inclusive. To launch the tools on their website, simply click the ‘Accessibility & Languages’ button located on the right side of the screen.

The Recite Me toolbar enables all website visitors, regardless of their differing abilities or language needs, to customize the MCO website in a way that works best for them.
