The importance of online accessibility is greater than ever for travel organizations. Passengers with disabilities spend over 17.3 billion dollars a year on travel. Effective online communication is critical to be able to provide people with the information they need barrier-free.

To be able to provide personalized assistance online, Orlando International Airport needed to be able to offer accessibility and language support.

Our Solution

Orlando International Airport has installed Recite Me assistive technology across its website to enable everyone to access vital travel information barrier-free.

The Recite Me assistive toolbar is accessed by the “Accessibility” button at the top of the Orlando International Airport website which provides a wide range of accessibility and language tools including text-to-speech functionality, fully customizable styling features, reading aids, and a translation tool with over 100 languages, including 65 texts-to-speech voices and many other features.
