Our Brief

MSY provides a passenger-friendly environment that welcomes millions of travelers each year from around the globe. Their goal is to provide safe, modern facilities that meet the demands of each of their customers. With approximately 5 to 15 million passengers passing through the airport each year, it was important for them to create a unique online experience for each website visitor and traveler.

To create an inclusive experience on the MSY website and ensure that its online information and services are easily accessible and user-friendly for all members of the community, the airport sought a solution that would eliminate barriers that may prevent users from accessing its website and resources.

Our Solution

To ensure that all individuals, including those with disabilities or language needs, have equal access to information and opportunities on the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport website, the airport has implemented the Recite Me toolbar.

The Recite Me assistive toolbar enables all website visitors, regardless of their differing abilities or language needs, to customize the MSY website in a way that works best for them. Recite Me assistive technology includes screen reading functionality, multiple reading aids, customizable styling options, and an on-demand live translation feature that boasts over 100 languages, 65 of which can be read aloud.
