Charlotte Sweeney Associates (CSA) is a diversity and inclusion consultancy that is leading change from inside businesses and organisations, in the UK and across the world.

Over the past 10 years, Charlotte Sweeney Associates has worked in partnership with hundreds of companies whilst hosting events, forums, seminars, and publishing numerous reports. CSA’s team of consultants all have experience working in SE&I organisations worldwide, working collaboratively to challenge and make changes to support clients throughout their journey.

Our Brief

To align with CSA’s aims and objectives, CSA is always looking to improve its diversity and inclusion practices. CSA wanted to be able to grant all website users access to all their information and services in a way that best suits their needs. To do this they needed to provide technical support online that could offer a range of customisable options to support as many people as possible online.

Our Solution

Recite Me’s accessibility and language tools were implemented on the CSA website to allow all visitors to read and understand the information in a way that works best for them.

The assistive technology on the CSA website supports those with disabilities, learning difficulties, and people who speak English as a second language. The toolbar has a range of features including text-to-speech functionality, multiple reading aids, styling features, and live translation tools with over 100 languages including 65 text-to-speech.
