Recite Me has partnered with Australian recruitment company Levyl to provide an inclusive digital experience for all website visitors.

Levyl specialises in HR recruitment, looking at role types such as HR Coordinators, Advisors, Business Partners and Heads Of. Levyl also concentrate on the Talent Acquisition market and Centre of Excellence (CoE) functions, on a national basis. Their goal is to achieve commercial outcomes for customers whilst giving back to society.

Founded by Sarah Bolitho in 2022, Levyl is disrupting the status quo for recruitment firms through the design and delivery of a diversity and inclusion program. The Levyl view is that agency recruiters have been contributing to systemic issues in recruitment, that are counterintuitive to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) efforts by organisations on the front line.

To address this, their High Potential Program is built in partnership with subject matter diversity and inclusion experts in the market. The foundation they are laying will allow Levyl to build a full-cycle talent management consulting package for organisations to advance and improve their diversity and inclusion efforts. Levyl believe this program is best concentrated on HR vacancies, as placing professionals into in-house teams with lived experience from minority backgrounds, could provide immeasurable value in informing policy, process, environment, culture, and strategy moving forward.

Given this focus, Levyl is proactively calling on their HR community to take action and make deliberate interventions to their strategies, practices, and processes, to allow for a more fair and accessible playing field for candidates.

Without digital accessibility, people with disabilities can be excluded from recruitment processes and career opportunities, leading to social and economic inequality. Collaborating with ReciteMe on their accessibility tool has created a welcoming and supportive experience for all Levyl candidates of diverse backgrounds. Levyl seek to ensure that job postings are inclusive and accessible, recruitment processes are challenging bias, and web navigation tools are offered to support candidates who require accessibility modifications.

quoteSarah Bolitho, CEO, Levyl, commented,

“These days the majority of job seekers work through applications and enquiries online. The Recite Me assistive toolbar has opened the door for Levyl to access a more diverse range of HR professionals that may not have been able to apply or contend for opportunities in the past, because of their individual needs. This adaptation has created a positive shift in our process, as it allows our community to navigate through our website and jobs seamlessly and without accessibility issues.

“Levyl bring a different energy to HR recruitment. We are authentic and trusted advisors who are playful and innovative without compromising to professional standards. We are bold, we work hard, and we are focused on forging long-term partnerships. We hold experience at the core of what we do and aim to improve the accessibility, consideration, and job search process for anyone who reaches out to us, creating a welcoming platform for everyone. We encourage our network to do the same and urge organisations to reflect on the importance of DE&I and how they’re solving accessibility issues within their workplace and within talent acquisition processes.”
