Our Brief

The importance of online accessibility is greater than ever for travel organizations. Passengers with disabilities spend over 17.3 billion dollars a year on travel. Effective online communication is critical to be able to provide people with the information they need barrier-free.

To be able to provide personalized assistance online, Orlando International Airport needed to be able to offer accessibility and language support.

Our Solution

Orlando International Airport installed Recite Me accessibility and language technology across its website to enable everyone to access vital travel information barrier-free.

The Recite Me toolbar enables all website visitors, regardless of their differing abilities or language needs, to customize the MCO website in a way that works best for them. Recite Me assistive technology includes screen reading functionality, multiple reading aids, customizable styling options, and an on-demand live translation feature that boasts over 100 languages, 65 of which can be read aloud.
