Globally Gatwick Airport serves around 230 destinations in 70 countries with over 46 million passengers a year. To allow all customers from across the world to access key travel information easily, their website needed to provide not only accessibility support but on-demand live translations.

Our Solution

Gatwick Airport now enables visitors to access their website in a way that best works for them, through Recite Me’s cutting-edge accessibility and language assistive technology.  

Gatwick Airport is the first airport in the UK to provide this service for all its passengers.

Recite Me accessibility software supports people with different disabilities (sight loss, mobility, cognitive impairment) in a variety of ways such as a screen reader, styling options, reading support, and a translation tool with over 100 languages, including 35 text-to-speech voices.

Recite Me assists thousands of users every month to navigate and understand the content on the Gatwick Airport website.
