We’re proud to announce that Recite Me is now a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).

Accessibility is evolving fast, and to keep pace, you need more than passion – you need expertise, ongoing learning, and a community that shares your mission. At Recite Me, we believe building a truly inclusive digital world starts from within.

By joining IAAP – the leading global organisation empowering accessibility professionals through training, certification, and connection – we’re doubling down on our promise to upskill our team and embed accessibility know-how into every corner of our business.

Recite Me’s Commitment to Upskilling Our Team

As a founder-led business, Recite Me was born from a personal mission. Our Founder and CEO, Ross Linnett, launched the company after facing his own challenges with dyslexia.

“It’s not enough to say we care about inclusion, we have to live it every day. My own challenges with dyslexia are what led me to launch Recite Me in the first place. From day one, this business has been driven by lived experience. Today, that same drive fuels our focus on growing our team’s accessibility knowledge, so we can keep delivering meaningful change for our clients and their users.”

But passion alone isn’t enough. To deliver meaningful change, we need people who truly understand accessibility inside and out. That’s why investing in continuous learning and professional growth is core to Recite Me’s culture. Chris Holloway, Head of Accessibility, highlights the importance of this approach:

“Joining the IAAP is an important step for Recite Me as we continue to upskill our teams and deepen our accessibility expertise. As Head of Accessibility, I’m particularly excited about the opportunity to learn from a global network of professionals whilst also sharing our own experiences along the way.

Accessibility is a constantly evolving field, and being part of the IAAP community ensures we stay informed, connected, and continually improving how we support inclusive digital experiences not just for our clients, but for everyone.”

From web designers and developers to marketers and account managers, everyone at Recite Me plays a role in helping organisations remove digital barriers. Our membership with the IAAP is the next step in strengthening our in-house expertise and continuing to lead by example.
