Sydney Airport

We welcomed Sydney International Airport (SIA) as a Recite Me client in July 2023. Since then, travellers using the Syndey Airport website have been utilising the toolbar to customise their digital experience in a way that works best for them.

Our Brief

Being one of the oldest airports worldwide, Sydney International Airport has seen visitors from all walks of life. A huge priority is diversity and inclusion, seeing it as a fundamental cog in delivering outstanding outcomes, no matter the context. Therefore, enabling the Recite Me toolbar, allows Sydney Airport to champion this on its online platform.

Sydney Airport also has various disability initiatives including the ‘hidden disability sunflower’ and sensory maps in terminals, to ensure they are catering to everyone who chooses their service.

Our Solution

To cater to its disabled travellers, Sydney International Airport took on the Recite Me toolbar on its website. Enabling travellers to read and understand flight information in a way that best suits their needs.

To access the assistive tools, select ‘Accessibility’ in the top navigation bar on the Syndey Airport website. This will open an array of tools including screen reading functionality, an online translation tool, reading aids and styling and customisation options.
