Our Brief

To continue Morson’s diversity and inclusion journey, they wanted to be able to offer candidates and businesses better accessibility support online.

As a global technical recruiter, Morson operates in sectors hardest hit by imbalances. With on-the-ground initiatives such as unconscious bias training for all recruitment staff paying huge dividends by increasing the diversity of hires, they identified the need to make their digital landscape equally accessible.

To ensure that their website is accessible to everyone, regardless of any disability or location, Morson Group needed to implement assistive technology.

Our Solution

Recite Me’s web accessibility software was implemented on www.morson.com with the aim of revolutionising the way Morson’s clients, contractors, and candidates can engage with their business online. To enhance the candidate journey Recite Me assistive technology allows visitors to customise the Morson website according to their varying accessibility and language needs.

Recite Me accessibility software supports people with different disabilities (sight loss, mobility, cognitive impairment) in a variety of ways such as a screen reader, styling options, reading support, and a translation tool with over 100 languages, including 65 text-to-speech voices.
