In 2022, PageGroup took on Recite Me assistive technology across its global corporate sites to work towards its mission of calling on the recruitment industry to do more to help people with disabilities get into work.

Our Brief

A recruitment industry survey of over 1,000 UK businesses highlighted that 74% of businesses feel that there are barriers to hiring people with disabilities. To pave the way and prove that simple adaptions can be made to support those with disabilities, PageGroup aimed to find a solution to level the playing field and drive inclusion in recruitment.

Our Solution

By incorporating the Recite Me toolbar across its 36 websites, PageGroup offers a customisable digital experience for all website visitors. Users can choose from using a screenreader, reading aids, styling options and translation tools to make searching and applying for jobs simple.
