Using our toolbar

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this toolbar.

This means that you can:

  • Access the toolbar on various browsers.
  • Listen to site using screen reader.
  • Translate the content on the screen.

We’ve also made the toolbar text as simple as possible to understand.

We also provide assistive technology, enabling all toolbar visitors to customise their experience through a range of options to suit their online accessibility and language needs.

Non-accessible Content

We have made sure all of our toolbar is accessible using screen reader and keyboard.

Between our test team and development team will actively process all errors throughout the toolbar if any are found on addition of new features.

Reporting Accessibility Problems with this toolbar

We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of this toolbar. If you encounter content that you cannot access, then please use the button below to get in touch and report an accessibility problem.

Disproportionate burden

On one our features the dictionary we are implementing the search feature which would allow a keyboard user to search terms from the sites and access content. This feature will be released in 4 weeks’ time as it is pending extensive security testing which depends on resources and time due to this, we are adding this into this section. Further details on this can be found here Disproportionate burden. We also have few issues on our site that rely on WordPress which we are looking at.

If a user using our toolbar needs alternative measures to access the dictionary feature using keyboard, they can contact us via our mailbox, and we will provide a dedicated guide for keyboard controls.
