Get ready for an inspiring week of learning and action with Accessibility To Me Week, brought to you by Recite Me. This annual initiative is all about driving progress in accessibility and inclusion.<\/strong><\/p>

When you think about \u201caccessibility\u201d at work, what comes to mind? Perhaps it\u2019s a colleague who uses a wheelchair moving freely around the office, or an employee with visual impairments using assistive technology to navigate digital systems. While these examples matter, accessibility goes far beyond them. It\u2019s about creating workplaces, physical and digital, that are welcoming and usable for everyone, no matter their circumstances or needs.<\/span><\/p>

By recognizing and valuing the different ways people experience accessibility, we can take meaningful steps towards building environments where everyone can thrive.
