And why does it matter to US organizations? First, let\u2019s start with who needs to comply with the EAA, according to the EU itself.<\/p><p>Any organization that sells its products or services within the EU, must comply with the act. This means that even companies headquartered in America are obliged to conform to the EAA requirements if they operate within European markets.
