The only thing we know is what the timelines are as of now. And if you are gambling or thinking, well, maybe it&#8217;s going to be pushed out, you certainly don&#8217;t want to be behind in that and waiting until the last minute.\u00a0<\/p><p>And having something like an <a href=\"https:\/\/reciteme.com\/us\/product\/accessibility-documentation\/\">accessibility statement<\/a>, putting together an <a href=\"https:\/\/reciteme.com\/us\/product\/accessibility-consultancy\/\">accessibility plan<\/a>, then starting to carry out that plan is going to take some time.<\/p><p>For those who are serving communities of 50,000 or more, that deadline is April 2027, but that&#8217;s only for the <a href=\"https:\/\/reciteme.com\/us\/news\/what-agencies-need-to-know-about-the-new-doj-accessibility-rule\/\">DOJ mandate<\/a>.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/reciteme.com\/us\/news\/ada-compliance-requirements-for-businesses\/\">Title III of the ADA<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/reciteme.com\/us\/news\/section-508-compliance\/\">Section 508<\/a>, as well as Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, all of those have been in place for many years.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
