Join us for an in-person event, hosted in collaboration with the Clear Company, Miss Menopause, and Bellway Homes, where we dive into what it takes to build a truly inclusive workplace. If you’re passionate about driving real change and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to be their true selves, this event is for you.

What will we be covering?

The event is divided into four engaging sessions, followed by a panel discussion where you can explore key themes and ask questions. There will also be time to network, connect with others, and chat with our expert hosts.

Miss Menopause – Engaging men in the conversation around menopause and creating male allies. Why it’s important and how to do it?

James Carrs – Recruitment trends in the North East through a diversity lens – what do the numbers say?

Recite Me – Attracting diverse candidates – going beyond the statistics and really embracing diversity and difference.

The Clear Company – How to create a psychologically safe workplace in light of recent UK events and changing laws.
