Pre-Sales Executive Job Description

The Pre-Sales Executive will identify and create potential sales opportunities through various business development techniques in order to generate new leads and sales opportunities. The successful candidate will utilise social media, existing customers, & resellers in order to build an extensive network of contacts to further develop new leads and opportunities. The ideal Pre-Sales Executive will also deal with customer sales enquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure the CRM data is kept up to date.

Pre-Sales Executive Position Overview

  • Create and develop sales opportunities through various business development techniques.
  • Build a network of contacts in order to maximise sales opportunities and leads through social media/telephone/email.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Keeping CRM system data up to date

Pre-Sales Executive Requirements 

  • Strong telephone and written communication skills
  • Previous sales/telesales experience 
  • Good knowledge of MS office packages
  • Degree/ HND qualified 
  • Ability to develop relationships with suppliers, internal staff & resellers

Pre-Sales Executive Remuneration

  • Salary - Dependent upon age & experience
  • 28 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)
