We are looking to bring in an experienced Lead Generation Specialist. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales leads to support the sales team. You will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers on the phone is essential.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Contact businesses by telephone to introduce products and services.
- Explain the product or service to potential customers.
- Handle customer questions.
- Obtain customer information including decision maker names and business addresses.
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service.
- Input conversation notes on CRM System.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in the CRM System, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
Education and Experience
- Ideally have experience in software sales environment.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Excellent client service skills.
