Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking to bring in an experienced Lead Generation Specialist. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales leads to support the sales team. You will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers on the phone is essential.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Contact businesses by telephone to introduce products and services.
  • Explain the product or service to potential customers.
  • Handle customer questions.
  • Obtain customer information including decision maker names and business addresses.
  • Record customer details including reaction to the product or service.
  • Input conversation notes on CRM System.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel. 
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in the CRM System, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

Education and Experience

  • Ideally have experience in software sales environment. 
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships.
  • Excellent client service skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
